Cancellation Policy
You can cancel any subscription or recurring service at any time. See the step-by-step below.

1. Self-service cancellation
- Sign in to your account at [EDIT: customer area URL].
- Go to My subscription or Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
- You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation.
2. Cancel by email
If you prefer, send an email to [EDIT: support@domain.com] with the subject "Subscription cancellation", including your full name and the email used at purchase. We confirm the cancellation within [EDIT: 2 business days].
3. What happens after cancellation
- No further recurring charges.
- Your access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — check the Refund Policy for eligibility.
4. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, per the plan you chose), using the same payment method you used at checkout. You'll continue to be billed until you cancel through the channels above.
