Refund Policy

Conditions and deadlines for requesting a refund on digital products purchased from ABB Negócios Digitais LLC.

1. Request window

You may request a refund within [EDIT: 7 days] from the purchase date, for the products listed below as eligible. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, unless required by applicable law.

2. Eligible products

  • Info-products (courses, e-books, recorded materials): refundable within [EDIT: 7 days] of purchase.
  • Monthly/annual subscriptions: the most recent charge may be refunded if requested within [EDIT: 7 days] of the billing date. Prior charges are not refundable.
  • SaaS: the first charge may be refunded within [EDIT: 7 days] of subscribing, provided platform usage does not exceed [EDIT: reasonable use].
  • Mentorships: refundable proportionally to the sessions not yet delivered, if requested within [EDIT: 7 days] of purchase and before the program starts.

3. How to request

4. How the refund is issued

When approved, the refund is processed back to the original payment method (via Stripe). The time to appear on the statement depends on the card issuer/bank (typically between [EDIT: 5 and 30 days]).

5. Non-eligible situations

  • Requests after the stated window.
  • Breach of the Terms of Service.
  • Mentorship sessions already delivered.
